Description

This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120. DESC: Argon, Technical 99.98 PCT by volume. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00102-02-Q-H001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27, part 12. This acquisition is Not reserved for Small Business. However, the quota s size status may affect entitlement to award in the case of a tie. Award shall be made to the responsible offer quoting the lowest overall price. Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH.
