Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award on a Sole Source basis, an order to Artisan Software Tools, Inc. for the following items: 1. Real-Time Studio Pro V4.0, 3 each. 2. One Year Software Maintenance for Real-Time Studio Pro V4.0, 3 each. 3. Real Time Studio Modeler V4.0, 2 each. 4. One year Software Maintenance for Real-Time Studio Modeler V4.0, 2 each. 5. Course-401, 1 each. The anticipated award date is 17 SEP 2001. Note 22 applies, however all offerers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
