Description

Naval Undersea Warfare center Division, Newport intends to purchase from Research and Development Solutions, Inc. (RDSI) on a sole source basis the following: 3 copies of the Enhanced EWPro Version 1.53 Scenario Generation, Control and Electronic Warfare Support (ES) Emulation Software Program which includes four new AN/WLR-8(V) and associated submarine Electronic Warfare Support (ES) equipment emulators, the Digital Display Unit (DDU) single screen display, the High Probability Intercept (HPI) and Automatic Direction Finder (ADF) receiving systems as well as the Type 18 Periscope Early Warning Receiver (EWR); 22 copies of the EW Pro Version 1.53 manual enhancements which includes the EW Pro Quick Start Tutorial and Operator Reference Users Manuals; and 2 copies of two-tier password protection. RDSI is the sole developer of EW Pro and is the only company who possesses the source code to complete the enhancement modifications. Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 12 and 13 will be used. Delivery will be FOB Destination, Newport, RI. NAICS code is 541511, standard size $18 mil.
