Description

Entertainment Package. The contractor shall provide management services, equipment, material, parts, tools, labor, shipping and other items and services to develop, audio and visual entertainment packages for (VC-25) and (C-32A) aircraft. Movies will be available to the Government by contractor for pre-selection/approval by the government representative. New movies shall be provided monthly. Audio and boarding music shall be every two months. Movie feature and music channel selection guides will be shipped monthly. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The applicable SIC Code is 3931. The Period of Performance will be for one (1) year. The closing date and time for submission of offers is 14 Sep 01, 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time . Prospective offerors are requested to review the Statement of Work posted on EPS (Electronic Posting System). All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code), and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com.
