Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items as outlined below. This solicitation F26600-01-Q-B126 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Item description is one each, self-service information center, Dyno Touch TIPS 2000 information Center, Model 105S. To include the following standard package: 25 Photo Image Files, 5 Custom Internet Links, 5 Base Programs and Services, 5 Local Area Information Sites. Price is to include installation, on-site service, and display update service. Quotations should be firm fixed price and includes all cost necessary to purchase and install these items. The government does not intend to make multiple awards. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-2; Evaluation of Commercial items, applies to this solicitation. Prices to the government shall be as low as or lower than those charged to the contractor's most favored customer, in addition to any discounts for prompt payment. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following cited clauses are applicable to this solicitation: Far 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside, Far 52.222-3 Convict Labor, Far 52.233-3 Protest After Award, FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, FAR 52.222-35 Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, Far 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities, FAR 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans on the Vietnam Era, Far 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer payment., DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contract Registration, DFARS 252.232-7009 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. For solicitations after 1 Jun 98 all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive a DOD award or payment.
