- The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a single source contract to SAIC,1710 SAIC Drive, P.O. Box 1303, McLean, VA 22102. The purpose of this contract is to provide an independent assessment of the planning actions taken to implement revised nuclear employment guidance and the development of new tools to monitor the implementation of this guidance.
