Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to The American College of Cardiology (ACC) Heart House located in Bethesda, Maryland. This purchase order is for the access to their Cardiovascular Data Registry. Specifically data on complications associated with hemostatis devices used in clinical settings. Data also includes demographic data, adverse outcomes, potential co-variables, procedure type and cath data. ACC is the only known source with the database required to provide these services. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
