Description

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (formerly known as Health Care Financing Administration) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with SIRIUS Software, Inc. for maintenance renewal of the following software products: SirMon, SirPro, SirAud, SirSafe, Fast/Reload, Fast/Unload, Fast/Cram, S2K User Language Tools, and S2K Field Migration Facility, for the period September 29, 2001 -- September 28, 2002. The procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) for SIRIUS software running on the Model 9672-T26. The renewal, for the licensed proprietary software, is inclusive of annual maintenance and customer support for SIRIUS software installed at the CMS Data Center. If no affirmative written documentation is received within (15) calendar days of this synopsis, CMS will proceed with negotiations to issue an award to SIRIUS Software, Inc.
