This is a notice of intent to award a FAR Part 12, ?Acquisition of Commercial Items?, sole source to Rockwell Collins, Inc. The items being acquired are as follows: Line Item 0001 ? Provide Circuit Card Assembly Chassis, quantity of 25 each, in support of the Global Positioning System and the Joint Service System Management Program. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. All proposals must be received by 3:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time, 07 Sep 2001.
