Description

The General Services Administration is seeking to procure space in Presidio, TX to house the INS, U.S. Customs, and USDA for a 20-year firm term. The building must include approximately 17,000 square feet of office and related space and 25,000 square feet of paved, canopied areas to facilitate large vehicle inspection areas. This facility will be used as a port-of-entry for U.S./Mexico border crossings and must be easily accessible to the highway/interstate infrastructure. Expressions of Interest: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than September 13, 2001, and should include the following information: Street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address, and phone number of individual to be contacted; description of space and services with price quote, evidence of authority to represent the owner.
