Description

The work consists of clearing and grubbing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposal of material therefrom; construction of a stone weir; placing of filter material, riprap, and graded stone A and grouting of riprap; and environmental protection. The value of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated, and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceeding fiscal years not exceeding $27.5 million.
