Description

The Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC has the following requirement for the renovation of Library Bldg. 732. (1) MANDATORY SITE VISIT REQUIRED AND SCHEDULED TIME IS 12SEP01 AT 10:00. (2) Move book shelves to allow working access and cover books to protect from debris. (3) Replace all damaged, stained, or missing ceiling tiles, replace all damaged ceiling system components. (4) Remove paint from all interior walls. (Paint is bubbling and peeling due to previous water damage. (5) Prepare wall for paint, clean walls, patch holes and imperfections. (6) Remove all carpet. (7) Install 6" Kraft faced fiberglass insulation (R-19) above the suspended ceiling system. (8) Replace all fluorescent light covers. (9) Contractor to furnish labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide completion of specified work in accordance with specifications in the request for quote package. (10) Contractor will be responsible for taking own field measurements. This is not a small business aside, this is unrestricted. (11) Contractor must be registered in the central contractor registration prior to submitting quotes.
