Description

Solicitation for NSN 3120-01-037-5331 / YPG01176001272. Part #: 9146M88P02. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Drawings, interim procurement descriptions and deviation lists may be examined or obtained from Defense Supply Center Richmond. Configuration Control applies. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=3DBase Year, O=3DOption year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=3D1770, O=3D438 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=3D438, O=3D438 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=3D4690, O=3D3504 / Estimated annual quantity: B=3D2938, O=3D1752 The requested delivery schedule is 60 days after receipt of order. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 516 each. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 86 each ? 30 days ARO / 86 each ? 60 days ARO / 86 each ? 90 days ARO / 86 each ? 120 days ARO / 86 each ? 150 days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See Notes 1 and 26.
