- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Electric Boat, a General Dynamics company, for drydocking services for Navy nuclear submarines and service craft in an Electric Boat nuclear qualified and certified graving dock at their Groton Connecticut facility, leased to the Navy. Sole source procurement is contemplated because only Electric Boat is nuclear qualified and certified to operate this graving dock to drydock Navy nuclear submarines and service craft. ****
