Description

General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region has a new requirement for mechanical maintenance service at the William O. Douglas Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 25 South 3rd Street, Yakima, WA. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-01-LSC-0093 and the period of performance is 3 years (thirty-six months) with two 3-year options. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Anticipated start date is 12/01/01. Solicitation will be available on or about 09/21/01. Offers will be due on or about 10/23/01. Award will be made to the offeror who: (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance, and price. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 561790 with the small business size standard of $11.5 mil.
