Description

The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Bethesda, MD has a requirement for the Nephrology Dept. Maintenance/repair agreement to include parts, laboar, travel, unlimited service calls and QTR PM's (not including the (2) R/O membranes. Equipment: REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM; OSMONICS; Model 23G-HR(PA)3000; (4 QTRS) 1236 activated carbon (rented item) (2) tanks exchanged quarterly, 942 mixed bed deionizers (rented item) changed as needed or semi-annually; R/O membrane cleaning, every 6 months and water analysis per AMMI Standard. Period: 01 0ct 01 thru 30 Sep 02, plus four (4) Option Years. CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR (CCR) DATABASE IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS W/DOD.
