Single award term contract for the period 02-01-02 to 01-31-03 for the Department of Commerce (NOAA). Single leaf or 4-page newsletter, 216 x270 mm (8-1/2 x 11 inches), and 432 x 279 mm (17 x 11 inches) folding to 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11 inches), printing in two ink colors. Approximately 12 orders (monthly) per year for approximately 3,000 copies per order. Operations include electronic prepress, proofing, film-making, printing, binding, packing and distribution. Furnished material pickup in Silver Spring, MD. 18 workday schedule. Quality level III. Bid opening anticipated duing the month of December 2001.
