Description

Courier Services to transport laboratory specimens from the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CB0C) in Marietta, Ohio to the CBOC in Athens, Ohio daily Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Term of contract will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with option to renew for four (4) additional years. Request for the RFQ must be in writing and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Telephone requests will not be accepted. RFQ Solicitation to be available o/a 9-7-01. Contract award will be subject to availability of Fiscal Year 2002 funds. This is a 100% set-aside for Very Small Business Concerns. See numbered note 28. NAICS 492110.
