Description

This solicitation is for parking of a total of fifteen (15) Government vehicles for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer District required for the period of 01 Oct 2001 thru 30 Sept 2002 located at 26 Federal Plaza, NYC. This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses will be included in the Request for Proposal. The NAICS CODE for this project is 812930 with a small business size standard of $5.0 million. This solicitation is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS firms. The terms of this contract shall be from 01 Oct 2001 through 30 sept 2002. The parking spaces must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Offerors must submit their Representations and Certifications as part of theit Request for Proposal. Lack of registration in CCR may render an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors must affirm, prior to award of the contract, that it is so registered.
