Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M62613-01-T-0272 applies and is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11. The agency need is for: Item 0001 Portable Wood Chipper with Chipper Box Catcher mounted on same trailer, P/N CB-90XP 1 Each. The following material are needed options for the chipper, Item 0002 1 Extra Maintenance and Operation Manual 1 Ea; Item 0003 Extra Engine Manual 1 Ea; Item 0004 Spare Tire and Rim 1 Ea; Item 0005 Hour Meter 1 Ea; Item 0006 Tachometer 1Ea; Item 0007 Electric Brake Control for lead vehicle 1 Ea; Item 0008 Extra Knives Kit 1 Ea; Item 0009 Knives Sharpening Kit 1 Ea; Item 0010 Knives Changing Kit 1 Ea. The manufacturer for this equipment is Bandit Industries or equal is acceptable. Delivery: All material shall be delivered FOB Destination to Defense Distribution San Joaquin Tracy Depot Bldg 30 CCP, 25600 Chrisman Road, Tracy CA 95376, 30 days after award.
