Description

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center -- San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to solicit and award, a Firm Fixed Price contract to ATIS LTD., 1060 Windward Ridge Parkway Alpheretta, GA. on a sole source basis, for six (6) PL-2000D Touch Screen Digital Recorder, six (6) Chassis Ruggedization, six (6) Board Ruggedization, and six (6) Remote Alarm Module. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A sole source solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 421690, and the size standard is 500.
