Description

The Naval Inventory Control Point intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of equipment listed below for the Military Sealift Command. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. Paper copies of the RFQ will be available from the contracting officer. The requirement includes the following: HHP 7400 Dolphin with 802.11b radio, ITImager LX, touch panel display, Windows CE, 16MB RAM/16 MB Flash and NiMH Battery Pack, 15 each; Spare Battery Pack NiMH, 15 each; Quad Charger with Power Supply, 3 each; Home Base Charging/Communication Cradle with Power Supply, 15 each; RS232 Cable from Cradle to PC, 15 each; Micro-Din Communication Cable from 7400 to PC PS232, 15 each; Software Development Kit with Manuals, 3 each; Cordura Carrying Case, 15 each; Cisco 802.11b Access Point (350 Series), 2 each; Mounting Kit for Access Point, 2 each; Antenna -- Omni-directional 3dB, 4 each; Mounting Kit for Antenna, 4 each; O'Neil MicroFlash 4t Portable Printer with IrDA Interface, 15 each. The type of award is a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes for this request must be submitted in writing to NAVICP Mechanicsburg, Code 0272.14 and may be submitted by FAX at (717) 605-4600. Telephonic quotes will not be honored. The award will be issued on or about 14 days after publication of this notice.
