Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number COW-1-R-10066 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. (iv) All potential offerors shall submit quotations for all of the service areas specified in Section v of this solicitation. The government will consider all offers on an unrestricted basis. If a minimum of two offers from qualified small business concerns are not received, the award for the area specified in Section v will be made on the basis of full and open competition from among all responsible business concerns submitting offers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511130. (v) The contract line item is CLIN 001- CD-ROM (single or a set) containing all the legal reference materials listed below. Quantity 500 each. The CD-ROM shall be (a) Fully compatible with Windows Applications (95, 98, and NT), (b) Suitable for network installation, (c) Multi-User capable, (d) Include a Tutorial feature, and (e) provide search and print capabilities.
