Description

Robins Air Force Base Enlisted and Officers' Club membership means extreme savings with the Preferred Plus program, but now it could also mean a brand new car, cash or other valuable prize. Club membership is offered to anyone authorized onto the base so there is a potential of 25,000 members. Currently there are 6,500 members. The Membership Drive is an Air Force command-wide program. Prizes include $15,000 in cash, trucks and cars. To enhance the program and give added value to our membership drive at a local level, Robins AFB is soliciting for cash and/or in-kind product sponsorship. Local prizes to compliment the Air Force prizes could include items such as a DVD player or camcorder, a television or digital camera or stereo, a weekend trip, or sporting equipment. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors will get name and/or logo recognition in the Servies Division Edge magazine, which is a 48-page full-color digest-size monthly publication with 7,500 direct mail to all Officers' and Enlisted club, golf course and aero club members. Another 7,500 are distributed throughout the base. Other sponsorship recognition will be placed through base wide email, Web site, posters, table tents, ceiling danglers, banners and more. Recognition will be upheld until the end of December. Announcements of sponsors will be made at special events during the club drive. More than one sponsor for this soliciation may be made no later than 21 Sept 2001. This is a soliciation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentatlity of the United States Government.
