Description

This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award to Crystal Gateway Sport and Health. This Notice of Intent and proposed contract action to Crystal Gateway Sport and Health, 1235 Jefferson-Davis Highway, Arlington, VA for health club memberships, will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1 OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This contract will provide health club memberships to 60 employees for a one-year period. The period of performance is 10/01/2001 through 09/30/2002. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. However, a determination whether to conduct a competitive procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a solicitation, or a request for offers. This action is subject to FY02 funds.
