Description

Maintenance Services for Beech Fork Lake, West Virginia. Approximate time will be calendar year 2002 with four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $980,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning, and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience and Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday 11 September 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Beech Fork Lake, 5441 Beech Fork Road, Lavalette, WV 25535 or solicitation may be requested by FAX (304) 529-5281 or register on-line at www.Lrh.usace.army.mil/CT.
