Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Drawings, interim procurement descriptions and deviation lists may be examined or obtained from Defense Supply Center Richmond. Critical Application Item. Origin Inspection Required. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years.
