Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. Reference number: RFQ 500-15-02. This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR FAC 97-27. NAICS Code 334510 applies and the small business size is 500 employees. The Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, New York has a requirement for a Confocal Microscope (VIS two-photon upgradable) Optical stand: DM IRE2 HCB fluo TCS/1-B, inverted microscope DM IRB stand for transmitted light bright field and incident light fluorescence. Motorized coarse and fine focusing, 6 position focusing nosepiece M25, tube optics HC 1x/B with 1X tube lens system and focusable bertrand lens for setting phase andinterference contract. Incident light module with 4 positions, manually adjustable. Modified sidepore and adapter for TCS 2 scanner vis.optical outfit DM IRB/IRE2 HCB22 S23.
