The USAF Academy Operational Contracting Office is issuing this synopsis for Solicitation F05611-01-R-M517. 10 ABW/LGCB intends to award a Firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures for the purchase of a Spatial Disorientation Trainer as described in the attached Statement of Objectives.
