Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation, and therefore, a formal written quotation will not be issued. The quotation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421430, 100 million dollars. The Television-Audio support Activity is tasked to procure the following item: One (1) each Purup-Eskofot p/n: SCANMATE F10/MAC Color Scanner, CCD Flatbed with zoom lens and XYZ scanning; originals transparencies and reflectives positive or negative color; grayscale or line art with or without existing screen; focus: Automatic or user adjustable via software; driver software: Colorquartet for Macintosh and PC, including mousefree module for fully automatic Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows NT or higher; includes installation/configuration, and burn0in; PWR RQMTS 100-240VAC, 50-60HZ. Standard commercial warranty required. The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to the Navy Recruiting Command, Millington, TN 38054-6550 not later than 30 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by September 18, 2001 1300 local time.
