Description

This is a Synopsis/Solicitation Notice. The United States Air Force intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Falcon Cablevision to provide cable television to Whiteman AFB, Missouri. Cable services are expected to begin 01 October 2 001. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a period of one year. The only know source for this requiremen t is Falcon Cablevision. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or sub mit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 21 September 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discret ion of the Government. Information received will be conducted solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a co mpetitive procurement. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures.
