- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to enter into sole source negotiations with SMARTSAT, Inc., for approximately one staff year of effort for development of a tester and associated software to be used for the verification of integrated waveform MIL STDS. This company is the only known source capable of completing this work without significant delay and additional cost to the program. The anticipated period of performance is eight months. Solicitation will be issued under RFP No. DCA100-01-R-4025. See Note 22.
