(i)This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for FY 2002 Haystack Online Pricing Analysis Software in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicition will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number N00104-01-Q-Q628 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incoprorated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. (iv) This acquisition is not set-aside form small business concerns. (v) NAVICP intends to procure IT renewal licenses for the Defense Contract Management Agency, Alexandria, VA. (vi) Period of performance is October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Aug 1998), applies to this acquisition. (viii) A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. (ix) DFAS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar 1998), is incorporated by reference. (x) All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation for consideration. (xi) All bids, proposals, or quotations may be faxed to NAVICP Code 0272.12 at (717) 605-4600.
