The government i ntends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm fixed price contract with Millcourt, Inc.938 Wayne Ave., Silver Spring, M aryland 20910, under authority of FAR 6.301-1. The period of performance for this order will be from 01 October 2001 throug h 30 September 2002. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may subm it a capability statement. The Government, for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement wil l consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the response received.
