Description

This will be a Cost Reimbursement without fee contract to an educational institution (Mercer Engineering Research Center(MERC)) for Engineering Services applicable to the AN/ALR-69(V) Radar Warning Receiver in support of modifications to software as required and hardware and software design trouble shooting as required. MERC is the only known source that can satisfy the Government's requirement since they designed the FSRS and developed the software algorithms, and are therefore the only known source with the necessary design information. Period of Performance: 12 MONTHS ARO. The approximate issue date will be 25 Sep 01, with the approximate response date of 28 Sep 01.
