Description

Professional external auditing and accounting services for the United States Postal Service. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Postal Service intends to pre-qualify sources to provide the Board of Governors professional auditing and accounting services for its financial statements, cost and revenue analysis report and statement of expenditures of the Board of Governors. The professional external auditing and accounting services will also include a review of the Pay for Performance program on a quarterly basis, review of financial information in the Management Discussion and Analysis contained in the Annual Report, preparation of the Flexible Spending Accounting plan tax return and other financial reviews as requested. The external auditing firm will be required to staff simultaneously fieldwork assignments at Headquarters in Washington, DC; at the Accounting Service Centers in San Mateo, CA; Eagan, MN; and St. Louis, MO; and at the Information Service Center in Raleigh, NC.
