Description

Provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, vehicles and services required to perform courier services for a base year from 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 and two option years from 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 and from 1 October 20 03 through 30 September 2004. Service will be performed at Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base, Washington in accordance with the performance work statement that will be provided with solicitation. Couriers must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to providing service. All requests for copies of the solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to Pam Engelhaupt (253) 967-3844 or e-mailed to engelhap@lewis.army.mil. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. Quotes must be recei ved NLT 18 September 2001 at 1:00PM. This requirement is set-aside for small business participation. The small business size standard for any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its three preceding three fiscal y ears shall not be in excess of $18.5 million.
