Description

The Transatlantic Programs Center intends to enter into a sole source contract with Al Ein General Contracting (ALGECO), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The procurement is for a firm fixed price JOC (Job Order Contract) for utilization by the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force at Al Dhafra Air Base, UAE. Services will include repair, maintenance and minor construction. The contract will be for one base year and four option years. The estimated amount is $3 million per year, not to exceed $15 million for the 5 year period. The guaranteed minimum is $300,000 for the base year and $150,000 for option years.
