Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authorty of FAR subpart 6.302-1 with Pitney Bowes Federal Government, Annandale, VA 22033, for the following items listed A-B: (A) FOUR (4) Paragon Meter Model E105, Electronic Postage Meter; and (B) THIRTY FOUR (34) Mail Machine Meter, Model 6505 (A905) Electronic Postage Meter. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the following locations; Anchorage AK, Milwaukee WI, Columbus OH, Haganya GU, San Francisco CA, San Diego CA, Albuquerque NM, Las Vegas NV, Colorado Springs CO, Littleton CO, Ft. Worth TX, Tulsa OK, Little Rock AR, Kansas City MO, St. Louis MO, Billings MT, St. Paul MN, Fargo ND, Siox Falls SD, Ft. Wayne IN, Detroit MI, Youngstown OH, Indianapolis IN, Louisville KY, Ft. Lauderdale FL, Jacksonville FL, Charleston SC, Falling Waters WV, Springfield VA, Hyattsville MD, Rockville MD, Albany NY, and Hartford CT. Responsible firms that believe that they can meet this requirement should submit a quote within 3 days of the publication date of this notice. Quotes must include price and product literature information which lists specifications. This award will be made on an "all or none" basis. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Contractor must complete an SF-3381, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment form.
