The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: Desiccant Cartridge IAW Drawing 8431372, Qty 400. This requirement limited to Air Dry Corp of America and Lawrence Factor, Inc., who are the only two vendors who have been qualified to produce this part. Any firms believing that they are qualified by the Air Logistics Center, Warner Robbins AFB GA may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
