Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from StratoFlex, 3353 Old Conejo Rd., Newbury Park, CA 91320-2162, 60 each -- Coupler assembly, manifold, P/N 513001-2 per Drawing # 8612350. The sole source is based Stratoflex being the only company who has been qualified by Warner Robins Air Force. Responsible firms believing they can provide the above, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 14 Sep 01, providing detailed information, clearly showing their ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
