- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with J.L. Shepherd and Associates, San Fernando, CA, for services to decommission 9 each TS-1216 calibrators containing radioactive material. Services include the removal and recycling or disposal of the radioactive material (Cesium-137). A firm fixed price contract is planned.
