Description

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to place an order for Lexis-Nexis computer assisted legal research and retrieval service from Lexis-Nexis for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The services will be obtained through the Library of Congress FedLink contract with Lexis-Nexis and will be accessed by CFTC offices in Washington, DC; New York, NY; Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA. All responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include price and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone responses will be accepted. No solicitation document is available.
