Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a requirement for Road Shell with a California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of at least 80 for Avon Park AFR, Florida. The quantity required is 4,800 tons. Delivery shall be FOB destination. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 212399 and small business size standard is 500 people. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.232-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-18, 52.232-33, 252.212-7000, and 252.212-7001. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
