Description

The project scope consists of rehabilitating the Visitor Center and parking lot at Herbert Hoover National Monument located in West Branch, Iowa. The Visitor Center work includes demolition of the existing vestibule and constructing a new vestibule (approximately 120 sq. ft.) in the same location. The new vestibule includes battery operated power door, window, walls and a new concrete foundation. The site work consists of demolition of reinforced concrete paement and curbing (approx. 3,100 sq. ft.), brick sidewalk on reinforced concrete slab (approx. 2,200 sq. ft.), brick and wood fence and miscellaneous light fixtures and vegetation. New work include colored concrete sidewalk, brick columns, wood fence, reinforced concrete pavement and curbing, miscellaneous electrical, landscaping and striping.
