General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F11CER12430100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAIC: 81233; Size Std: $5.00 million. Wage Determination 94-2003 (Rev 20) dated: 10 Aug 2001 will apply to this award. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600 CST on 22 Sep 2001. Quotes can be oral, faxed or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. Contract Line Items (CLINs): 0001 Rental and servicing of Uniform and shop supplies. Following is a list of items that need to be supplied and maintained for 12 different locations on Little Rock AFB. Items are rented (unless otherwise stated) from the contractor. Contractor is to deliver on a weekly basis to the 12 locations, provide the items, clean and repair all items listed below. Quantity listed below is the weekly estimate for the entire base. Individual Squadron/delivery points will be established prior to award with successful vendor.
