Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award to a responsible quoter for a non-personal service contract for Morrish Science Temple of America Services to be provided to the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary (USP) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Pollock, LA. The requirement for a licensed minister of Morrish Science Temple of America shall consist of one position working one 3-hour session per quarterly normally on Saturdays between the hours of 11:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. The total number of sessions for a 12-month contract period is estimated at 4 sessions. The United States Penitentiary (USP) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Pollock, LA, intends to award a non-personal service contract for Services to be provided to the inmate population. The contractor will normally make one visit to the USP and FPC quarterly to meet with the Morrish Science Temple of America inmates in traditions and ways. The Contractor will but will not necessarily be limited to providing instruction, counseling, leadership training in rituals, traditions, and spiritual guidance in Morrish Science Temple of America faith matters. The Contractor shall be a member of a recognized Morrish Science Temple of America religious and will be thoroughly familiar with all facets of the Morrish Science Temple of America religious practices. The solicitation will be available on or about October 1, 2001, with a deadline for receipt of quotations on approximately, October 15, 2001. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. Requests for Quotations should be submitted in writing only. Telephone and facsimile request will not be accepted.
