Description

Single award term contract for period beginning February 1, 2002 and ending January 31, 2003 for the Department of the Treasury. Production area is assumed 200 kilometer (124-mile) radius of zero milestone, Washington DC. Bidders outside areas must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Approximately up to five orders per week, each order will consist of one to eleven (average of three) different forms/sets. The total number of forms/sets per order will range from 750 to 125,000. Forms 1001, 1003, and 1010 (white) are the most frequently ordered. Sizes: 9 x 11, 10 5/8 x 11, 10 7/8 x 11, and 14 7/8 x 11. Blank or printing with green tint bars on the face. Operations include printing, construction, packing, and distribution, deliver f.o.b. destination. Quality attributes level 4. Bid opening anticipated in December 2001.
