All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26 This solicitation is a RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 27 Sep 01_. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 Employees. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities.
