Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no writt en solicitation will be issued. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular # 97-27.
